This is Harley, a black solid male. He was born on: 10/20/2023
Harley was part of the Crystal Star breeding program, but has now been retired. He was supposed to permanently stay as a pet, but after some recent life events Crystal Star Cattery has to down-size. So now this big fluffball is looking for his new forever home. Harley can be a bit moody, but at the end of the day he is a love bug. He does get along with other cats, preferably females. He's a ladies man 😉! He has completed all testing, and passed them all! He is DNA tested 50/50 clear, has a clear Echocardiogram, and good OFA Hips. Overall, he is an amazing cat in need of a great home. If you think you can be a good fit, please contact us or CrystalStar Cattery! His rehoming fee is $500.

Bowtie Mainecoons is a TICA registered Cattery located in Portland, OR.
All of our kittens are a part of our family from day one, and we do everything to ensure they grow up well-socialized, affectionate, healthy, and curious. All of our cats are genetically tested to ensure health and quality.
We are a closed Cattery, meaning we do not allow visits unless the litter has received their first set of shots, or it's a scheduled Pick-Up. This is to ensure all of our cats and kittens remain healthy. Facetimes or Zoom calls can be set up to see available kittens, we can also take 'custom' photos and videos upon request. Due to just starting out currently we have no studs, so we are partnering with CrystalStar Mainecoons for all of our pairings. The owner of Crystal Stars is my mother, and for many years I have helped with her Cattery and realized my passion and decided it was time to do this on my own!
It all starts by ensuring the cats we choose for our breeding program are in great health. We do genetic testing for:
Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM),
Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD),
Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA),
Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV),
and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV).
All our litters remain under observation until at least 6 weeks old. This gives them time to grow and show their true colors! Once the kittens are posted on our website and labeled 'available' they can be reserved. To reserve a kitten: contact us for details and be ready to pay a deposit.
